Coast 2 Core is a multi-day journey where we explore the connection between body, mind, and nature. Through hiking, personal leadership sessions, Kundalini yoga, contact improvisation, and play fighting, we invite participants to inhabit the present, rediscover themselves, and prepare for the next step in their lives.

This space is designed for those seeking a deep encounter with themselves, a reconnection with nature, and introspective guidance for the next phase in their lives.
